Everyone should get the chance to enjoy live theatre. This season, we will be offering a Sensory-Friendly Performance for FROZEN. This family-friendly performance is designed and intended for people who are affected by sensory-processing challenges. The theater environment will be altered, providing a safe, friendly, comfortable and judgment-free zone that is welcoming for all. General audiences without sensory issues are welcome to experience this performance as well, especially if they enjoy seeing many happy faces alight with the magic of FROZEN.

Sensory-Friendly Performance FAQs
Q: Is there a quiet space available if my guest needs a break?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Theater Lobby is designated as our supervised quiet zone for guests who need a break or a moment to decompress. The lobby area will be staffed and offer a relaxed environment away from the performance itself. Guests are free to use this space at any time and re-enter the performance when they feel ready.
Q: Do I need to book specific seats for a sensory-friendly performance?
A: We encourage booking seats that best suit your comfort level. We ensure clear sightlines and easy access to exits from all seating areas. If you have specific needs—such as an end-of-row seat or seating close to an exit—please contact our box office, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Can I bring my own comfort items, like fidget toys or headphones?
A: Yes, please do! We encourage guests to bring any comfort items they need, including weighted blankets, favorite fidget toys, or noise-canceling headphones. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during the show.
