Box Office:

the holiday season gets its official kick-off

Arts Center lights up the community with the town's official tree lighting each November!

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive with Rudolph in tow to visit with children throughout the free festival, held on the Arts Center grounds.

The day is filled with holiday entertainment from local groups, arts and crafts for all ages, delicious treats, an art market featuring the creations of local vendors, and a performance from cast members of the Arts Center’s latest holiday hit!

New in 2019, a Pup Parade followed by a Puppy Pageant contest was a huge hit, so furry, festively-clad friends are welcome to shine in the spotlight at our Tree Lighting! Other area non-profits are featured as well such as Deep Well, Palmetto Animal League and more to begin a wonderful season of giving!

The afternoon culminates in a countdown to the Official Town Tree Lighting as the sun begins to set! A Lowcountry holiday tradition that truly is fun for the whole family!

Free Admission for people (and pups) of all ages.
