Gullah Heritage Trail Tours
Gullah Heritage Trail Tours will be picking up and dropping off at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. Learn about the culture of Gullah people during a two-hour bus tour narrated by native Gullah folks who are descendants of former slaves dating back to years immediately after the Civil War. You will travel through the Gullah communities on Hilton Head Island when the island’s landscape was only farmlands, trees, dirt roads, wildlife and natural waterways throughout and around the island. Youth ArtsFest
The Arts Center and Island School Council for the Arts (ISCA) will team up to celebrate National Youth Arts month with the Arts Center's Youth ArtsFest followed by ISCA's Rising Stars Talent Show. During the Festival from 11 am - 1 pm, students and their families can enjoy arts and crafts projects, workshops, refreshments and the Promising Picassos youth art exhibition. Date subject to change.
